lovely stay near st mark's square
generous breakfast cute terrace convenient location
the breakfast offered a generous variety with options from hot eggs to pastries. the room included a cute terrace, granting canal views from one side. the location is convenient as it's a short walk from piazza san marco and easily accessible from the vaporetto stop. the hotel definitely was like a palace.
the air conditioner felt a bit old and was positioned right above the headboard of the bed. this made it a bit too cold when it was running during the night.

the breakfast has a diverse selection, from hot dishes such as eggs, to sweet and savory pastries. coffee and juice are available. the kitchen staff seem prepared to make a coffee.

amazing stay near st marks square!
helpful staff clean room daily housekeeping
i was really happy the hotel let us drop our bags early! the staff gave us a map and awesome tips for places to see! our superior quadruple room was super clean! housekeeping came every day which was fantastic.

helpful staff good breakfast bed bugs waiting area
i found the staff very helpful. they provided good advice for places to eat. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. everyone in my party was happy.
the mattresses did not have any mattress cover. there were bed bugs all over the beds. i traveled with my wife and two kids, and we had to leave the room at 2 am. we waited in the waiting area until 8 am.
